We have a multidisciplinary team, which comprises other areas of the firm, to offer greater legal expertise and quick and creative solutions with a broad view of the issues, which includes acting in the pre-litigation phase.
We act not only in the representation of clients – domestic and foreign –in judicial proceeding before various national courts (State and Federal) and superior courts, and in arbitration proceedings before the main national and international arbitrations centers, but also in providing legal advice for conflict resolution, through the preparation of legal opinions, risk assessments of ongoing disputes or yet to arise, negotiations, participation in shareholders meetings, among others.
