Mello Torres advised the partners of DIPI Holding in the sale of 100% of its share capital to Cosan Lubrificantes e Especialidades, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedente. Upon completion of the transaction, Cosan will become the direct owner of the entire share capital of DIPI Holding and, indirectly, of Pax Lubrificantes, Lubripack and Elvin Lubrificantes.
The transaction was led by partner Alexandre Simões, with associates Matheus Camargo and Isabelle Rodrigues.
