Our Public Law team drew up a newsletter about the rules for fostering and regulation of startups established by the Complementary Law No. 182/2021, which disciplined the bidding and contracting of innovative solutions by direct and indirect public administration of federation entities, including the permission for the adoption of the law, where applicable, by public companies and mixed economy companies.
