Vitória Guedes has worked as a lawyer in renowned law firms, focusing her work on advisory and strategic demands in the area of corporate law, corporate contracts and M&A transactions.
She held the position of fiscal advisor at the Instituto da Mama do Rio Grande do Sul – IMAMA/RS in the biennium 2020 – 2022.
Master’s student in Business Law and Economic Activities at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Specialist in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).
It has extension courses at PUCRS.
