Professional Experience

Victoria has dedicated nearly a decade to Environmental Law and ESG, building extensive expertise across advisory, litigation, and due diligence matters. She handles a wide range of environmental and regulatory issues, including environmental licensing, biodiversity protection, energy, agribusiness, contaminated areas, protected areas, biosafety, and high-impact projects in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, industry, energy, and infrastructure.

In litigation, Victoria has represented companies from diverse industries in administrative and judicial disputes across Brazil, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and mitigating regulatory, reputational, and financial risks.

On the advisory front, she plays a key role in sustainability strategy development, guiding clients on carbon markets, supply chain management, corporate training, and aligning projects with global ESG objectives.

Victoria has also been actively involved in high-profile cases and crisis management, including the Mariana and Brumadinho dam disasters and the Maceió soil collapse, reinforcing her expertise in complex environmental challenges.
