Professional Experience
Throughout her career, Renata has advised banks, industrial companies, Corporate Venture Capital vehicles, investment funds, and multinational corporations. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as providing strategic corporate law advice.
She was a member of the transactional and pure corporate law teams at BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados and Serur Advogados.
