Throughout his career, Rafael has worked in corporate law and capital markets, providing corporate legal advice to clients across a wide range of industries, with a focus on corporate reorganizations, estate and wealth planning, and corporate governance instruments.
His experience also includes shareholder disputes, participation in M&A transactions, and commercial contracts. In addition, he has worked closely with investment funds, particularly during his secondment at an asset management firm.
