Professional Experience

Diogo Nebias has more than two decades of experience in projects and finance. He has worked in multiple high-profile projects involving logistics (e.g., roads, railways, urban trains, port terminals, airports) and energy.

Mr. Nebias advises banks, syndicates, multilateral agencies and sponsors on project finance, working capital finance, refinance, infrastructure projects, public tenders and cross-border deals.

Diogo also has experience in M&A and public offerings of securities related to infrastructure projects.

He graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP) – 2001, holds an LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) – 2003/2004 and is a member of the Infrastructure Committee of ABVCAP (Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).

Recognitions

Diogo is ranked by the publication Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) as one of the main in-house lawyers in Brazil at Project Finance, Infrastructure, Energy and M&A.
