Professional Experience

Throughout her professional career, Camila has represented clients in complex business disputes, both in judicial proceedings and arbitration, with a particular focus on shareholder and corporate disputes, post-M&A litigation, commercial contracts, civil liability, consumer law, and regulated industries.

Her experience includes matters involving companies in the electric power, food and beverage, infrastructure, and capital markets sectors, addressing issues related to M&A transactions, class actions, tariff review proceedings, regulatory matters before the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL), civil liability, and consumer relations.

Camila also served as assistant to arbitrator Luciano Godoy, working on arbitration proceedings involving concession agreements, Public Administration matters, and complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Mello Torres, she worked at Veirano Advogados and Ulhôa Canto, Rezende e Guerra Advogados.
