Professional Experience

Bruno focuses his practice on Capital Markets, Corporate Law, and Due Diligence, with experience leading complex transactions involving equity and debt issuances in the Brazilian market, as well as investigative audit procedures (due diligences) structured with socio-environmental impact and a strong focus on anti-corruption matters.

Throughout his career, he has participated in the structuring, execution, and management of capital markets transactions in Brazil and abroad, with aggregate values exceeding BRL 25 billion. These include, among others: (i) the first debenture issuance by Concessionária de Rodovias Noroeste Paulista, in the total amount of BRL 1.4 billion; (ii) a BRL 2.1 billion investment in Class B preferred shares of Equatorial Distribuição; (iii) a BRL 3.0 billion debenture issuance by Aegea Saneamento e Participações S.A. to finance the privatization of Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento (CORSAN); and (iv) the public tag-along tender offer, deregistration, and delisting from B3’s Novo Mercado segment of Wilson Sons S.A.

His professional background includes experience at large and well-recognized law firms, where he worked on Capital Markets, M&A, and corporate transactions, as well as at KPMG Brazil, where he acted as a tax consultant and participated in the preparation of tax controversy and dispute resolution reports.

In addition, Bruno is actively engaged in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) and D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) initiatives. He was an active member of the Legal Alliance for Racial Equity (2022–2025), participated in pro bono advisory work aimed at promoting Human Rights, and, most recently, is a member of the ESG Committee of Mello & Torres Sociedade de Advogados
