Throughout 14 years of career, Antônia has participated in both domestic and cross-border transactions, advising clients across a wide range of industries on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic consulting matters, including estate planning and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to joining Mello Torres, she worked at leading law firms in São Paulo and Minas Gerais.
