Professional Experience
Throughout her career, Prudence Tossou has advised construction companies, real estate investment funds, and national and foreign investors on due diligence and structuring their real estate projects. She has worked on incorporation, subdivision, and built-to-suit leasing operations in the retail, logistics, construction, renewable energy, and agribusiness sectors, and has supported M&A operations by providing contractual and strategic consulting, as well as litigation (administrative and judicial).
She served as Deputy Coordinator of the Real Estate and Contracts team at Donaire Advogados Associados.
