Professional Experience
Rafael focuses his practice on Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions, having advised on M&A transactions across various sectors of the economy, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of high-complexity contracts. In addition to his corporate law practice, he has experience in judicial reorganization proceedings, having participated in several debt restructuring negotiations, representing both debtors and creditors.
His career includes stints at law firms, where he worked on M&A and judicial reorganization proceedings, and at Casa & Vídeo and Estante Virtual where he served as in-house counsel.
