Professional Experience
Throughout her career, Nathália has focused her practice on Tax Law, with solid experience in both advisory matters and administrative and judicial tax litigation. She has advised major corporate groups on tax planning, M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) transactions, and the preparation of complex legal opinions involving direct and indirect taxes.
She has expertise in tax risk analysis and in the interpretation of domestic and international legislation and case law. Prior to joining Mello Torres, she worked at KPMG Brazil, as well as at the law firms Aydar, Zimath e Corral and Bóia, Rocha e Rocha Advogados, and Grassano & Associados.
