Throughout her career, Mariana Zelmanovits has consolidated her expertise in the capital markets, structuring fundraising operations such as debentures, commercial notes, CRs, CRAs, CRIs, FIDCs, FIPs, and IPOs for large companies. Her career includes stints at leading law firms in Brazil and international experience at Haitong Bank in Lisbon.
She holds a Law degree from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado and a Master’s in Law and Financial Markets from NOVA School of Law and NOVA Information Management School. She has completed extension courses in Contracts from FGV, in Cross-border M&A and Startup from Insper, and Corporate Law from PUC.
