Isabelle has work experience in Intellectual Property, Contracts and Corporate Law, has previously worked in the entertainment and chemical industry segments, drafting and reviewing contracts and others documents. Currently, she assists brazilian and foreign clients on corporate reorganizations and on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions.
