Diego Lopes de Oliveira focuses his practice on transactions involving Special Situations and Legal Assets, Corporate Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions, with extensive experience in leading complex transactions for Investment Funds. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the structuring, execution, and management of transactions exceeding BRL 3 billion, as well as significant arbitration proceedings involving disputes over litigation finance.
He served as General Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee at BT Créditos, where he led hundreds of transactions involving receivables and litigation finance. His career also includes experience in law firms, handling M&A projects and corporate transactions, and at Philips, where he worked on global divestment projects, the implementation of joint ventures, and Public-Private Partnerships.
