Professional Experience
Daniella has experience in contract law, especially in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and wealth planning. Before joining Mello Torres, Daniella worked at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, at Carvalho, Machado e Timm Advogados, and also at the Swiss bank UBS, where she worked in the Risk department for the Investment Banking, Broker Dealer, Equity Research and Wealth Management divisions and, later, in Compliance for the Wealth Management division.
