Professional Experience
Gláucia advises Brazilian and foreign companies on matters related to antitrust and competition law, compliance, and regulation, including horizontal and vertical collaboration agreements, compliance programs, investigations of cartel practices, cases of unilateral conduct, and numerous economic concentration acts (domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions) with antitrust authorities in Brazil across various sectors and industries. Before joining Mello Torres, she was part of the Competition Law team at the law firms Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Mattos Filho, and Cescon Barrieu.
