Throughout his career, Antonio Carlos Oliveira de Andrade has advised companies, banks, and organizations in the field of public law, both in consultative and strategic litigation (administrative and judicial), as well as in strategic corporate litigation.
Before joining Mello Torres, he worked at the law firms Gasparini, Nogueira de Lima e Barbosa Advogados and Machado Mourão Advogados.
