Professional Experience

Patriccia focuses her practice on Real Estate Law, advising on the structuring of complex transactions involving real estate assets, such as purchase and sale, exchange, lease, built-to-suit agreements, sale and leaseback, among other modalities. She also has solid experience in conducting real estate due diligence processes related to M&A and Capital Markets transactions. Prior to joining Mello Torres, she was part of the Real Estate practice at Silveiro Advogados.
