Mello Torres advised FII Mint (managed by BTG Pactual) on the completion of the sale of the fund’s real estate portfolio, totaling R$ 106 million, comprising three schools located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Belo Horizonte, to Pátria Renda Urbana FII (managed by Banco Genial), and one school in Rio de Janeiro to Escola Mais Educação. The transaction involved partner Fabricio A. Cardim de Almeida and associates Juliano Zorzi, Prudence Tossou, Mariana Pereira and Cássia de Menezes.
