Professional Experience
Throughout her career, Mariana Larissa Pereira has advised banks, industries, and multinational companies on due diligence, acted as a legal adviser in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in financial institutions, and assisted the capital markets structuring team in issuing fixed and variable income securities.
Before joining Mello Torres, Mariana worked at Banco Master de Investimento S.A. as a senior lawyer, and at Tozzini Freire and White & Case LLC, where she focused extensively on debt and equity issuances both in Brazil and abroad.
